As a coach to many people who struggle/have struggled with emotional binge eating and as someone who struggled and overcame it as well Im sure to never judge or make my clients feel any sort of shame around their food choices. I am here to simply be a guide and EDUCATE! I will also never condone it because it’s toxic to the body and it’s systems!! Our symptoms are a direct sign of that!
