With each project I come in with a goal of: How can we all leave here closer to Jesus. I’m learning.. In the creative industry it’s hard not to get caught up in competition, comparison, and selfishness. None of these are ways to represent the character of Jesus. With each project the Lord has placed me in, I am marked by the principal that people are more important than the product. Therefore I care more about you than what you do. I want you to feel valued and seen. To me, there is no hierarchy within a crew. There are appointed leaders & positions, yes.. but the value of each person and what they’re bringing is equal and essential. I post this with a prayer that a generation of confident and secure creatives will rise. That they will bring what they are called to bring to sets, shoots, recordings.. With no intentions of climbing the toxic ladder. Let’s be for one another. Believe in each other. How do with do that? Get closer to Jesus and let him lead the way.
