After quitting my investment banking job, i was exploring a ton of different jobs, and eventually figured i want to work on the more analytical side of marketing (higher pay, more technical) below are some of the roles that I applied to. Also DISCLAIMER: the pay range is a ROUGH estimate of the salaries i saw listed when i was applying (for entry level roles) Campaign management ($75K-$110K) involves planning, executing, and analyzing marketing campaigns. These campaigns could be for product launches, brand awareness, or special promotions. You’ll coordinate with different teams (like creative, content, and sales) to ensure the campaign runs smoothly. Performance marketing ($75K-$90K) focuses on driving specific actions, like clicks, sales, or sign-ups. you work on paid advertising campaigns across digital platforms like Google, Facebook, and Instagram. Your goal is to maximize the return on investment (ROI) by analyzing data and optimizing ads to ensure they perform well. Strategy and operations ($67K-$122K) improving the efficiency and effectiveness of a company's processes. you’ll analyze current business operations and develop strategies to optimize them. This can include everything from supply chain management to marketing strategies. Growth marketing ($75K-$85K) - this one sounded most interesting to me finding innovative ways to grow a business's customer base and revenue. It's a mix of marketing, data analysis, and product management. You’ll run experiments across various channels to see what works best to attract and retain customers. #careerpivot #corporatelife #corproategirlie #marketing #career #careertalk #investmentbanking #finance #marketingroles #genz #careertips #worklifebalance #corporateamerica #nyc #campaignmangement #careeradvice #performancemarketing #linkedin #jobapps
