Using a jigger, add 50ml of Seedlip Garden 108, 10ml of Apple Cider Vinegar, 10ml of Lemon juice and 25ml of Elderflower cordial to your shaker with ice​. 2. Give it a strong shake​. 3. Strain into a highball over ice​. 4. Top with soda & garnish with fresh herbs including Basil, Mint & Spinach, or (Coriander, Mint and Rocket for another herb combination).​
