Some of them feel super pressured and stressed because they’re having all these side effects being on the pill; they want to come off it but their partner doesn’t like wearing condoms... “It’s not the best feeling” 🤨 ...If we take a step back a little bit, doesn’t this sound a little outrageous? If your partner is well aware of your side effects yet prioritises his pleasure over your physical and mental health that’s just outright selfish. 😠😠 Your partner should be supportive and willing to learn with you. I remember when I came off the pill, one thing I fondly remember about my ex was that he would remind me to check my body basal temperature in the mornings and get all excited on my non fertile days 😂LOL and of course properly use condoms on my fertile days.
