Little bit of story time: Ive had what i call “Old Man Back” for the past 8-12 months and just been dealing with it accepting it as something normal as im getting older. Been trying to treat it myself, stretching, attempting to crack it, getting massages but the pain after workouts or basketball has been unbearable. After working out i cant even sit down properly para akong may bulati sa kakagalaw ng galaw. Walang komportable na position. Its just PAIN. Finally i went and saw @docrob74 at @docrobschiropracticclinic and he popped the OLD MAN out of my back. I feel like running a marathon. Thank you so much!!! 😮‍💨 WATCH THE VIDEO
