Walking lunges x 10, 8, 6, 5/leg
Front rack step ups x 6/leg
Circuit 2:
Banded hip thrusts x 10, 8, 6, 5
Single arm dead stop swing x 8/leg
Finisher:
6-5-4-3-2-1
Double swing
Front rack squat
Front rack reverse lunge (per leg)
