The Cuptimo brewer is a new(ish) manual vacuum coffee brewer. I’ve been brewing with it over the last few weeks and love the potential it has. It is the creation of Wolfgang Muckenhuber out of Nuremberg, Germany and features elements I’ve found work really well in other high extraction brewers (zero-bypass, full immersion brewing, etc.).
