My friend @johnmanzari made his Broadway principal debut as Eddie last night he was simply marvelous. He’s one of the best tap dancers in the world so we all knew that part would be great. But his singing (so good!) and his ACTING... He brought truth and heart and beautiful moment-to-moment work to every scene. He is the whole package! It’s not easy to stay present and relaxed in your first time up as an understudy. Nerves and adrenaline can really throw you for a loop — but not John.
