Wanted to share ❤️ as humans we don’t practice having hard but safe conversations. We don’t get reps on “letting things go”. We usually survive best & adjust. 💪🏾 But how much freedom in the heart space is in that? Letting go of something in the past doesn’t mean move out of less wisdom. It means that when forgiven “offense and bitterness” will not be in my language towards a person. Healing is a process but letting go of the baggage is the first step.
