How do I get started with the Littles? A: Taking a Drunk Break is about giving your skin the chance to reset by avoiding common ingredients that may have been contributing to your skin concerns without you even knowing it. This is not about vilifying ingredients; rather, it’s a plan to help people identify what may be holding their skin back from being its healthy best. Your skincare products are really only as good as their worst ingredient. It’s incredibly important to avoid ingredients that promote inflammation in the skin because inflammation is the root cause of most of the skin concerns that many of us struggle with. Our list of Suspicious 6—the ingredients we leave out of all our products—includes essential oils, drying alcohols, fragrances, chemical sunscreens (we prefer physical), and harsh surfactants. They’re not scary, but we do think they have the potential to be troublesome for the skin, and they are notorious for causing inflammation. Our Littles 6.0 kit is designed to introduce you to this program and encompasses everything you need during that time to cleanse, exfoliate, moisturize, brighten, and replenish your complexion.
