Well..... 2 weeks since the op... walked 4K ( little jog at the end but don’t tell the doc!) cold bath and I’m feeling the best I’ve felt in 6 months... pain in shoulder, ‘clumsy arm and fizzing hand still.. but I feel Stronger!
