Lead By Example @garyisarunner and I got some miles in with the kids! His daughter and my son are both on their cross country teams at their schools and it felt great to have them join us and @aaronxworldwide for a couple miles this morning! The dopest part is that neither one of us pushed for them to run...all we did was set a great example by setting goals and putting in the consistent work to achieve those goals. As a parent I’ve come to the understanding that our children aren’t globs of clay to be molded...they are individuals with their own characteristics and desires. My job is to live my love as best as I can with values, passion and love. In the end...they will learn from the examples you show them...not just the words you say.
