Day 1 of my 5 day water only fast! Thanks to those of y'all that have reached out checking in on me today. The love and support is real and I'm definitely grateful! I read my Bible, drank my chia seed water in the morning, and I've been sipping on water all throughout the day. When I thought about food, I consumed the word and honestly I haven't felt hungry! Having my wife by my side has made the world of difference. While she's not doing the full 5 days she is doing day 1 with me to show her love and support! I know it will get tougher as the days go by, but I'm up for the challenge. I'm also grateful to have a spouse that is always by my side encouraging me, supporting me, and believing in me!
