I told myself to “get outside my comfort zone” & to try different physical activities I can potentially enjoy. Last year, I wrote down I wanted to try surfing🏄🏻‍♀️ & progress somehow. A few weeks ago, I said yes to a trip I wouldn’t have ever planned for myself years ago but I came back feeling so rewarded🥺. A couple of friends & I went to Costa Rica & booked surf lessons for the whole week. It was incredible to say the least & I feel like I was able to conquer something I always feared...physical activity. Thank you to Toro (from @bluesurfcr ), our amazing surf instructor who got all of us to pop up ❤️ I’m excited to build on this new sport & get more comfortable...feeling uncomfortable 😍😬
