You’re shaping your body, not making it bigger! Lifting weights is a great why you get the ‘shape’ of body you might be aiming for If your after a ‘tighter body’ it’s not cardio that will help you create a solid toned base it’s weight training😉 You train for the results YOU want Weight training doesn’t have to mean that you have to train and look like an olympic lifter or classic body builder!
