This is a classic case of why we say that neurotoxin treatments are preventative and should start early before the lines and grooves become etched into the skin necessitating filler, laser or some other more advanced procedure to correct them. At this point, the neurotoxin is still required to prevent the lines from becoming worse upon movement but not sufficient to give him the smooth forehead that he desired. Earlier intervention with a neurotoxin like Botox or Dysport could have prevented this. I will add that this is an off label use for any dermal filler and comes with risk.
