for my birthday this year, i wanted to do things differently. usually i’m on a trip in another country, pouring into myself. but something’s shifting, i feel all my experiences integrating, and a call to pour back out. so this year, i offered the nourishment that’s supported my healing to my community—because i couldn’t have made it this far without them. no matter how much you have, give it freely. and watch it come back to you, multiplied. ⛲️🤲🏽✨
