Bounty Bliss Balls By: @vitaminb_nutrition Ingredients: - 1 cup desiccated coconut - 1 tbsp honey - 2 tbsp coconut oil (not melted) - 2 tbsp coconut cream - 1 tsp vanilla extract - 150 grams dark chocolate, melted Directions: - Place all ingredients minus the chocolate into blender or food processor and blend on high speed until combined. - Roll the mixture into balls and place on to a plate tray lined with baking paper. - Freeze for 30 minutes. Melt the chocolate. Dip each ball into the chocolate using a fork, then transfer back on to the plate/tray. - Freeze for another 10 minutes before serving. Store in the fridge or freezer and enjoy!
