Another visual poem Picture and music by @luxian_aeterna I wrote this poem (probably) on a dark feeling day to help lift the spirits, and also in response to the idea of self love. How It is this 'word' that we use, but really I didn't know how to activate it. Like what are the tools here? What does self love look like? I know now that self-compassion and self-acceptance are synonymous with self-love.So this poem is dedicated to all the babies who shrink their light, who need to be reminded that even on your darkest days you are enough, you are worthy, you are so deeply loved. Your existence alone is enough. You don't need to prove your worth, you just need to breath gently and lean into self compassion on the days that hurt the most. X
