It’s you vs. you ✊🏾 Thinking a lot about times when I’ve fought against the little voice in my head when I’m out there at the most exposed moments. Giving. Sharing. You practice and practice for something that’s over in a blink. New challenges arise unexpectedly. Over the years, I’ve learned that self doubt and fatigue are very real, but if you keep pushing though, little by little, you’ll start to see your limits expand and even if “the moment” wasn’t perfect, you take with you new knowledge and lessons for your next step.
