Hello 2023 !!! 🍾🫶🏼 this year I really got to thinking about the what meaning of New Years as a whole was to me. I usually put so much pressure on myself on what nye should look like or New Year’s Day & I let go of all of that and let it just BE ✨ Yes it’s a new year but just another page in our life book. Remember that at ANY point in the year you can “start again.” You can start and achieve any goal you want to any day of your life. Don’t like the pressure of TIME stop you from doing anything!! Here’s just a few goals I want to share I have for myself for this year 😌 -giving myself more grace -strengthen all my relationships in my life -fueling my body -drinking more water -being PRESENT -listening to my heart more not my head -dance a sh*t ton -being conscious of who & where my time & energy goes -reading more -doing all the “I’ll do it someday” things -check in with God more #happynewyear #newyeargoals #2023
