After fleeing her hometown in #Mali🇲🇱 and being separated from her husband, 31-year-old Fatoumata Dicko and her three children arrived in a refugee camp in Walirdé, where she started to do the laundry and wash the dishes for other families in the camp to make ends meet. Fatoumata then joined a group of women & took part in a project supported by @wphfund and Adel Sahel to promote the socio-economic 💰 empowerment of vulnerable women and girls. In a few months, she was already selling earrings and kids' clothes to other families in the camp. Before the project started, Fatoumata knew nothing about financial 💰 management.
