I’ve never had to do this before but unfortunately there is a recall and i had to cut the cord in order to get a replacement. I followed their instructions and took safety steps. My air fryer was unpluged and completely cold and empty. I love my #cosoriairfryer #cosorifreidoradeaire and i cant wait to get a new one.
