Thank you to everyone who came out to what we have officially decided was the 1st Annual Apple Feast— a celebration of our region’s most notorious crop. We featured 23 apple varieties from @rosehillfarm_ny and had the inimitable Kevin Clark in house sharing his knowledge and passion for apples. Each dish incorporated at least one apple type! We also served @rosehillferments to accompany. While both of our businesses work hard to source as locally as possible all year round, it was an exciting, creative, and special endeavor to weave the many unique apple varieties into the menu, given the historic and economic importance of the crop to this region.
