Mama Rita @60.... When Mama Rita called me a few months ago to design her a special 60th Birthday cake for the grand Finale of her birthday celebration I knew it had to be special... all my cakes are special...and one of a kind but Mama Rita wanted something very different. My team and I had been working on a 3D diamond stand for over a year trying to figure out different applications and display options...a 60th anniversary is a Diamond 💎 anniversary so it made sense to use it for a 60th birthday...I spoke with Janette @jandelltd about the event design theme and she said crystals and pearls ...so I designed a 7 tier cake ... with some very next level details for me ... Mama Rita said she wanted a lot of sparkle and she was going to wear white so we decided to make the cake white.... Believe it or not I hadn’t seen the gown she was going to wear... all I knew was that it was white....as with all my cake designs I prayed to God for inspiration and when I saw Mama Rita in the gown I knew God had directed me in designing the cake details...Janette said the cake was going to be a focal point in the design set up so she asked us to set up in front ....I promised a rotating diamond and my technical team figured it out ....
