I had an amazing opportunity to take part in highlighting 4 essential workers who kept the NYC schools running throughout this entire pandemic for @nytimes. In a months span I was able to meet Robert Williams a maintenance planner, Theresa DiCristi a custodian engineer, Cam Hawkins a school nurse and Stephen Ali a lunch helper all while learning about the risks they’ve had to overcome by still showing up to work.
