Mexican week For our #gbbocollab this week I wasn’t sure what to make at first, but decided to make these Day of the Dead inspired cupcakes. Vanilla cupcakes topped with a chocolate skull and piped pastel buttercream around. Cupcake ingredients included @freeefoods self raising flour, xanthan gum and baking powder @whitworths_sugar caster sugar Topping ingredients included @whitworths_sugar icing sugar for the buttercream, @droetkerbakes colour gels and skull moulds I picked up from @amazonuk It’s been ages since I posted with my @woodlandtokens personalised board, so here it is!
