September Video Dump 🙏🏽 Better late than never 🙏🏽 Hi Beauts 🤍 If you are new here . Every month I do a video dump , an audit . A look back at the month past and the blessings and lessons that came with it . I celebrate the highs and learn from the lows but it’s really about how honouring every moment , even the not so pretty ones because those ultimately are the most important. Self love is such a massive part of my journey with my curls . And this serves as a reminder for me of that . To be in acceptance in appreciation for every moment . September was a month of finding my joy again . It was the first time I started to feel a little bit more like myself after being ill for 3 months September gave me -possibility -joy -strength -lessons It showed me that even in healing we can still show up for ourselves It reminded me that love wins and anything is possible when you have hope September taught me the importance of boundaries and honouring my own needs It gave me Rest and rejuvenation It showed me that low moments leave so much room for high tides It allowed me to pause in my journey ans honour the beauty of the present moment . September gave me my smile back and my curls 😉 We are well into Oct already and I can share that she is giving already .
