They all are a level 9 lift to make it easier, other factors to consider when toning is ; application , saturation , timing and blend of colors on the hair ! For example if you ahead a 9/11 on the hair and you place a 4/0 on the root over that 9/11 your not really getting a level 4 , it will appear more like a 6 💡 There are so many factors to color and I’m obsessed with breaking it all down , you are never done learning 😍🫶🏼 And p.s I’ve been using @colorlatino for over 8 years thank you my mama @hairbymatildeb for introducing me and so many others to this wonderful brand !
