Cheese sauce recipe - Mix equal parts egg yolk and Crème Fraiche and cook low in a pan like scrambled eggs till they start to thicken. Add a drop mustard, Tabasco, Worcestershire sauce, guiness or whatever flavours you feel. Cook it out till it starts to scramble again then add grated cheese of your choice@and coook til it’s all melted. Chill. Blitz till smooth. Then pipe onto some warm @coombesheadfarm sourdough with some 12 hour onions and chick it under the grill. #cheesesouffletoast #cheesetoast #sunday
