Taco bowl! 🌮🌮 Easy meal prep for lunch or dinner and packed with protein AND your getting in your veggies 😉 Ingredients: White rice (I bought microwaveable rice 🫣) Tomato (around 3-4) Red onion (1) Ground chicken (or turkey) (I used 2 containers to prep for a week) Lettuce (2 packages) Taco seasoning (1 package) Steps: -Cook chicken in skillet and add taco seasoning -cook white rice -chop up tomatoes and red onion Assemble: Lay lettuce down, then add your toppings and lastly your chicken! (Fo a serving I do about 140 g of chicken and 100g rice and then eyeball the veggies) Additional (optional): Feel free to top with salsa, hot sauce, avocado, beans/corn, lime , etc!
