Cleo 🔵” - May 2022 ​ ​Although she brings home stunning school reports almost daily, this work is unusually significant because it builds upon years of rock obsession starting when the artist was just 2 years old. A gift from santa in 2018, this mineral kit is still the most played with “toy” in the house and Cleo has brought it to school several times to Fēnxiǎng (show and tell) the various stones. Today when she pulled this sound-it-out report from her backpack I (her gallerist 😇) nearly cried. It’s such an unbelievable pleasure to watch her develop her technical skills, talents and interests in tandem. 💙
