Morning at-home workout 💕. Finding time where I can to get a little movement in each week. I say “movement” because it isn’t always a workout. Sometimes it’s a walk, sometimes it’s a workout, sometimes we stretch and sometimes simply getting through each day is movement enough 😂. Here I did 12 sets of each exercise. 2 rounds.
