The easiest one pan weeknight dinner that I’ve been loving lately. Italian sausage with gnocchi and the burrata on top just makes it feel a little extra without any extra work. The best part is it it all comes together so fast, 20 min or less. And whatever you do, don’t skip the balsamic glaze at the end, it ties everything together in the best way! 20 Min One Pan Creamy Burrata Gnocchi. ✨1 tablespoon olive oil ✨16 oz Italian sausage (spicy or mild) ✨16 oz gnocchi (i use cauliflower, potato works also) ✨5 cloves garlic minced ✨cherry tomatoes (optional) ✨1⁄2 cup chicken broth ✨1/2 cup marinara ✨1 cup heavy cream ✨1/2 teaspoon Italian Herbs from Provence ✨salt & pepper to taste ✨2 burrata ✨fresh basil ✨balsamic glaze for drizzle 1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Remove sausage from casing then add it to pan and sear in large chunks until golden brown. Remove and set aside. 2. Add gnocchi and cherry tomatoes to the same pan. Let the tomatoes blister and the gnocchi lightly brown, about 2 minutes. 3. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant. 4. Pour in the chicken broth to deglaze the pan, scraping up any golden bits. 5. Stir in the marinara, heavy cream, and Herbs de Provence. Taste and season with salt and pepper. 6. Return the sausage to the skillet. Simmer for 5-10 minutes, adding more broth if the sauce becomes too thick. 7. Remove from heat. Tear the burrata over the top, add fresh basil, and finish with a drizzle of balsamic glaze. 8. Serve warm with toasted focaccia. #EasyRecipe #Dinnerldeas #onepanmeals #easydinner #quickdinner
