A few years ago Francesca and Alberto had their first date here at this Cenote. They camped out, watched the stars and had a night swim in the dark, cave waters. A few years later Alberto came here alone and hid a ring under a small rock about 15 meters down. The next day he came back with Francesca, it’s a place they would have dates often since their first time. They swam down to the bottom together, he lifted the stone he hid the ring under and proposed to her there under water. A few months later they were married. Was such an honor to shoot both of you at such a special place.
