On the 25th March, I will be releasing my FIRST ever track as a solo artist! (I am still playing in Naz & Ella for the record 👀😊) I wrote this song about five years ago and dusted it off over Christmas and finally recorded it 🎙️ It is called Silver Blanket and is about the experience of insomnia, inspired by Britain’s maritime weather report known as The Shipping Forecast. This song has taken a more experimental path where I have played with samples, effects and sonic movement. Kindred Fawn is the name I’m going with for this project. I thought it had more of a ring to it than my name and well I just fancied having my own "band" name! Here is the artwork - credit Philip Patenall
