Great athletes don’t rest where they are, they push to who they want to be 💛✨ Over the last 14 weeks I’ve coached 10 badass women from the HER community to complete the @malibutri this weekend! This journey wasn’t easy - it took hard work, dedication and consistent effort to get to this point, the starting line. 🏁💪🏽 I know for a fact that all of these ladies felt discomfort in some way - whether it was training on unfamiliar ground, learning the skill of open water swimming, mastering clip-in shoes for the bike, testing strength to the max or applying themselves to three disciplines instead of one! I’m proud of you for choosing to commit to this journey - You choose to “grow”.
