Last Sunday God gave me the sweetest reminder at church💙 Every Sunday before service starts, we gather for prayer. And if you’re raising toddlers in church, you know how overwhelming it can feel sometimes. They want to move, explore, be silly, and do their own thing. It often makes me wonder if my son is really getting or understanding any of it. But When our pastor asked us to find a place & get on our knees before the Lord, before we could even move toward the altar, Adrian dropped to his knees right where he was. I didn’t expect it, And it honestly made me emotional. In that moment, God reassured my heart in a way I didn’t even know I needed. He reminded me that my son IS watching, learning, and absorbing more than I realize. And He also reminded me that we don’t have to wait until we are in the right place or position. We don’t need to be perfect, or put together to meet Him. Right where we are is ENOUGH. God meets us there. And sometimes, He uses our children to remind us of that. They are watching, learning, & absorbing more than we realize. Thankful my son gets to grow up in a church that points him to God.
