Il titolo della serie, Roma, è stato preso dall'artista dal discorso di un investitore aziendale che, in occasione dell'apertura di una nuova città di lusso sulla penisola di Lustica, sulla costa adriatica del Montenegro, ha detto: «Si dice che Roma non è stata costruita in un giorno, lo stesso si può dire del nostro bellissimo progetto». Oltre 60 artisti leggono la storia della ex Jugoslavia attraverso i gesti di eroi contemporanei, che hanno contribuito alla messa in crisi dei nazionalismi, favorendo importanti riflessioni sui temi dell’accoglienza e della convivenza. . . The artwork Rome / Rim is part of a series of poetic sketches that reflect on the destroyed imaginations of socialist landscapes, trapped in the mechanisms of modern capitalism. The title of the series, Rome, was borrowed by the artist from the speech of a corporate investor at the opening of a new luxurious city on the Lustica peninsula, on the Adriatic coast of Montenegro, during which he said: "They say Rome was not built in a day, the same can be said of our beautiful project".
