There’s a stillness that can be seen walking around ancient city streets at dawn. Before the crowds descend upon her and the heat fires up the day you get to breathe in the beauty that is before you and see her in a while new way. I went to Rome to photograph a proposal and took every opportunity to see the city in an entirely new way. Walking her at dawn I was met with far less crowds, no lines or waiting and an undeniable beauty that made waking up as the sun rose worth every minute. Yes there were other people around me but a handful and not thousands and wow what an amazing experience seeing the sights like they were in your own back yard.
