Happy New Year My Friends!!! May 2023 be filled with love, health and happiness to you all! 2022... I walk away from a year filled with learning experiences, growth and fully motivated for 2023. One thing I learned in 2022 is the importance of self care. Last year was the year I experienced complete burn out and mental exhaustion. It was then that I fully understood the results of not listening to my body and not taking care of me. A huge part of prioritizing myself was to fully commit to exercising but also creating spaces in my home that brought me inner peace. Like my bedroom. A project I wanted to tackle for a while and I am so glad I got around to it. I transformed our bedroom into a place that truly brings me peace whenever I’m in here. It’s where I start my day and where I end my day. It’s the oasis I needed that has become part of my self care ❤️
