snuggle season’s here - and with the full moon lunar eclipse approaching, it’s a reminder for us to take inventory of the things that no longer serve us and be gentler with ourselves ✨🌕 this portrait by @oh_dii reminded me of the wholesome qt energy, friends, activities, and festivities that we cherish in the coming months. a year ago, my friend-pod all simultaneously came down with covid from a friends-giving, and i’d never felt so sick, isolated, mentally impaired, and depressed - but we supported each other through what seemed like the slowest winter. i struggled to survive by using an abundance of distracting vices and ultimately had to pursue recovery to get myself back on track. there’s been a lot of vitriol and frantic energy that’s been circulating around socials this week - most of it pertaining to these aforementioned vices lol... so let’s interrupt the ~drama~ by facing our inner truths, by revealing our softer sides, by relinquishing our collective traumas (maybe tn to the moon), and by letting yourselves live your CUTEST lives 💝🥺 if there’s a balance that you seek, please reach out - i still haven’t figured it out either!
