- Don’t just focus on cardio, weight lifting helps too ( focus on compound movements) e.g squats,deadlifts etc
- You don’t need to starve yourself to see results. Remember your body needs fuel.
- Focus on volume eating 🍽
- you need to be in some sort of calorie deficit.
- always try different workout routine so you don’t plateau.
