let this be the first domino. the work is not even close to being done but let the people who have been working their whole lives for a moment like this take a minute to feel some relief. They can still appeal and/or give a slap on the wrist for sentencing the justice system will still be used as a tool against BIPOC and policing will likely get uglier. be careful out there, it is not over.
