Focus on Chantal Convertini (@paeulini) 2/3 I found selfportraiture in the beginning of my photography journey 6 years ago. Being a combination of necessity and discovering that this form of expression helps me get through a really though heartbreak I never let go of them. Self-portraits are my medium to transfer all the emotions out of my body and into art, into an image for me to actually see it. The process is very beautiful and has something very healing to me as you are completely with yourself and therefore you are as free as you can be, to think, do and create whatever you want.
