It was a big year for the House of Poo (yes, this is our group chat name, but not because our first drafts are usually steaming piles of 💩, but because we were all in AP Environmental Science together in high school and bonded at a sanitation facility senior year). Not only are we now all officially agented (yay!!!), we had our best year ever. From entering grad school with an emphasis on creative writing to secret publishing news that we can share in the new year, we had so much fun writing, reading, and supporting each other’s new work. Here’s to an even better 2026 for H.O.P.
