My first Polaroid Collage from 2018, there are currently 76 works in the series and it’s ongoing. They exist both as unique works and 20 x 20 in / 50 x 50 cm archival pigment prints in editions of 3. I call them “instant sculptures” and @francescodamazini in his introduction to the book of the series so far I published at the end of 2020 described them as “satisfying small desires: the desire to photograph, which is also, almost inevitably, the desire to look, to smell, to touch, to taste, to possess.” I just finished a new series of 36 works building on this series and focused on Los Angeles and Mexico City. Those works will be available soon via my galleries here in CDMX and LA.
