Strong girl shit via @onnit 5 years ago I fell in love with kettlebells so I went on a journey to learn more. I had never heard of Onnit but I took my ass to Miami anyways for my first kettlebell certification with @primal.swoledier + @kettlebellexercises My training and my life were never the same. I am better coach and better human because of this versatile, powerful, dynamic tool. I am also a better mover, coach and human because of my time spent at @onnitgymatx and I am so excited (and stupidly honored) to now be joining their team. The first day I walked into the gym was with my brother 3 years ago and so this next step for my career and life feels so special. Austin fam, catch me out here swinging bells and maces and continuing to inspire people everyone to own their shit - loud and proud. I’ll be bringing all the sass and the earrings. Bet.
