This 2022 Summer 🌞 we just started a new wonderful experience: explore&taste our countryside vegetable garden. We have planted old seeds of the seasonal vegetables recovered in the region from local farmers. We adopt a cultivation method including sustainable systems for agricultural production that respect the earth’s ecosystem.... then when the vegetables are ready, we invite our guests to join the harvest... the fire is ready, the table too!
